All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During the lockdown, the delivery time can increase by 2–5 days.
Domestic
- We provide free shipping within India.
- Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details,
- Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In the case of modifications, kindly drop us an email at support@gunjha.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
International
- The standard shipping charge per order anywhere outside India is INR 2500, irrespective of the number of items picked.
- Orders are delivered within 7-8 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details,
- Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If you need to make changes, please email us at support@gunjha.com 2 hours after placing your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gunjha.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
